Hands down the best experience I have ever had moving in London or anywhere for that matter -- and I have moved a lot! They were nice, professional, helpful, and they got all of my stuff out of my house and into my new flat in record time ! So impressed ! Was able to book on the bank holiday as well - booked on Saturday, moved on the holiday Monday. Thank you Paul !
I have used Paul on three occasions now and I wouldn’t actually use anyone else now. The service is impeccable, Paul and his colleague are incredibly friendly and efficient and they are always reliable. I would highly recommend CityVan.
Paul and his son helped us move large, awkward items to our new home. They were both so helpful and didn’t flinch at the thought of potentially having to carry heavy wardrobe panels up the stairs to a fifth floor apartment. Luckily, everything made it into the lift. All of our belongings arrived without any damage and we would definitely use their services again, once we’ve recovered from this move! :-)
Paul is incredibly reliable, efficient and friendly. He has helped me on two occasions now - first when I needed some boxes moved to storage which he did same day, and I've then used him again for a work project moving furniture quickly out of a house to storage. With his colleague he is quick and professional - nothing is an issue - he is very much 'can-do' and wants to help wherever possible. Already booked him for a third job and would recommend him to everyone!

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. I needed to move some rather fragile pieces of antique furniture across London and this was done with great care at all times. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Paul absolutely saved me after the van from Anyvan had let me down. I called him around 9am and he arrived a few hours later and took all my belongings to the storage unit I had booked. He sent me different text messages on the journey to keep me updated. More expensive than Anyvan, but it is definitely worth it.

I hired Paul on a very short notice for a 30mile move and he was absolutely brilliant! With no notice at all he even went and help me pick up a couch I had bought for my new place! All my belongings were safely packed and transported! Cannot recommend Paul enough and will definitely reach out once I need to move again!

On the day of my move the van I had paid for no showed. I needed to move on this day and having lost my trust in the platform I had used to book my van I went online and found CityVan. I messaged Paul who respond incredibly quickly and was en route to pick me up and help me move within a few hours. I know that the odds of someone being available on such short notice are uncommon, but I'm so thankful that Paul was able to help on such short notice. In terms of the job itself his van is very big, has all kinds of straps to hold things safely in place and Paul was a very nice guy. Together him and I loaded and unloaded the van incredibly quickly. He also charged me what I thought was very fair, especially given the short notice. I truly can't recommend and thank Paul enough!

Couldn’t recommend Paul more! He was friendly, reliable, helpful and affordable. It was just me and my girlfriend moving and he was instrumental in the move going smoothly and helping us get everything into our new home. His van is large, spacious and modern. Paul and his team were absolutely brilliant. Ahead of the move, Paul's communication with me was fantastic. Due to our floor fittings being delayed we had to change our removals date and he accommodated this request no problem.
When he actually arrived he was so friendly, such a lovely guy. We left them to it in our flat, and in no time they'd delivered everything to our new house, without any damage at all to the furniture and not so much as a scratch on the walls. They really took all the stress out of moving and I couldn't recommend them enough!

Paul saved the day when I needed a removal van at the last minute. I enquired on the Thurs and he was here on the Monday when I needed to move. He made my moving experience so easy (as I was quite stressed) and he was super friendly. I would highly recommend and I will definitely use again! ☺️
