My wife and I would like to express a very high satisfaction for Paul and his colleagues work, we had quite a lots of things to move out from a flat in SW7 to .. another part of s london. The van has very large capacity, but with all my wife cotées we had to double loads!! They were right on time, service and kindness top notch! We were very pleased and will certainly stay in touch with them for next move.

Paul provided an extremely friendly and efficient service on our recent move. He was happy to go back and make a second trip to collect the remainder of our belongings and even stopped to buy us a coffee and sausage roll en route!

Paul and his son moved us last week to our new home - to the second floor without a lift. They were very fast, accommodating, took good care of our stuff and nothing was a problem. They even got held up (thanks to us) for another hour and had to rush to another job, they finished the job and made sure everything is in. They even helped to dismantle a sofa that didn't fit through the doors and took extra load that wasn't discussed beforehand. Their van isn't massive so it took 2 trips, but the places are very close, so that wasn't an issue.

Paul recently helped me move from my parent's place to a new flat in London. From start to finish it was a really great service. Paul was very easy to communicate with and quick to reply. He arrived promptly and moved all of my belongings with great care.

I can definitely say I recommend Paul and will be using him again for any moves in the future!

Highly recommend CityVan, Paul and his son! I am so impressed by the excellent service and their lovely, friendly smiles! The CityVan website is professional, credible and just EASY! Prices are clearly listed on the site and your quote gets emailed to you straight after. Amazed at the incredibly competitive rates, I called Paul straight away just to be sure I wasn’t going to be charged extra hidden costs. It was close to 10pm and I didn’t expect an answer but Paul was super responsive and called me straight back! He confirmed the final quote, explained how to pay on delivery, communicated the entire time and also replied really quickly to text queries I had about the job and possible other jobs. Paul also didn’t charge me extra when the table I had to collect had to be moved from 1st floor to Ground Floor, when I originally asked for a Ground Floor collection. He arrived nice and early at the agreed hour of delivery and the payment was a straightforward bank transfer or cash payment. And to top it off, Paul is just super lovely, friendly, genuine and trustworthy. You can see he is genuinely interested in providing a top service and in building customer relationships, not just in getting stuff from A to B, which he does very well too with no hassle! You are left with a great experience and peace of mind that you and your stuff are being well looked after! Which is what you want when you are moving treasured possessions. My table arrived in impeccable condition and Paul even followed up with a call straight after to check I was happy with it! Will definitely use CityVan again for future moves and pleased to know he operates all over London and beyond!

Paul is incredibly reliable, efficient and friendly. He has helped me on two occasions now - first when I needed some boxes moved to storage which he did same day, and I've then used him again for a work project moving furniture quickly out of a house to storage. With his colleague he is quick and professional - nothing is an issue - he is very much 'can-do' and wants to help wherever possible. Already booked him for a third job and would recommend him to everyone!

Paul was professional from start to finish and absolutely went the extra mile to make sure our move was as smooth as possible. We needed to move sofa from one location to another. Not only the price was quite fair but the whole process was brilliantly handled. I received quote on their website, then called Paul. Within few minutes we agreed on the time and date suitable to us. On the day as promised he called 30 min in advance and true to his word was there within 30 min. He and his assistant were friendly and efficient.
Definitely will use them again and highly recommend.

Brilliant and effortless service! We were stood up by the moving company (HelloVans) we booked weeks in advance and after chasing our booked van that was supposed to arrive two hours hours earlier, we started looking for a new company for same day moving. Found CityVan where Paul has swiftly provided us with a fee quote and confirmed they can attend our flat within an hour. Paul and his assistant Sonny helped us move a huge amount of stuff from one side of London to the other. They arrived early and basically didn’t stop working until the job was done. They packed everything very carefully which meant we managed to fit all our things in in one trip, and Paul was very friendly. It took longer than expected because of the amount of stuff we had and Paul and Sonny helped us until it was all done. Transparent pricing and excellent value for money.
